Bedroom Closet
What type of closet system did you use? We are redoing the bedrooms up stairs and right now I have empty closets. I think california closets are too pricey for us right now.

Re: Bedroom Closet
Not sure how elaborate you are looking to get, but I have a small walk-in closet in my bedroom (it's a true walk-in, but relatively small compared to today's new construction standards). My husband bought nice looking closet shelving/organizer systems from Lowe's for about $300-400 and installed everything himself. They look good (we bought a dark wood finish to match our bedroom furniture). It's pretty basic, given the size of the space, but definitely gave me a lot more storage options (shoe cubbies, double bars, extra shelves).

Re: Bedroom Closet
We got ours from IKEA - love them! You can really customize what you need, and you can use them as free standing closets if you want (you buy the optional doors).
