bedtime routine - bath/massage before or after feeding?
so i'm trying to get DS into a bedtime routine so that he actually starts sleeping...
should i feed then bathe/massage or bathe/massage then feed? i BF, although i don't think it should make a difference in the order.

Do not massage after feeding. You will be disturbing the digestive process by diverting the blood flow.
