Behr with primer - yay or nay?

Behr with primer - yay or nay?
I have seen the commercial for the Behr paint with primer in it. I suppose it eliminates the step of priming first. We need to paint the room the twins will be in. Right now it is blue...here is a pic:
We are painting the room purple. Any BTDT experience with this new type of paint? Are we better off just priming separately to make sure the purple will cover over the blue?

we used it and did not use primer on most of our rooms. we only used primer on the walls that had new sheet rock. depending on the color we did need to use 2 coats of paint.
