If I was going to shell out for a designer bag, I'd get a more classic style that I can carry for a long time. That one seems overly trendy, but you're the only one who has to like it.

I agree 100%. I shelled out hundreds for my Kelly Bag in Florence but it's a real classic style and even has my initials embossed on it. I'll have that bag sitting in my rocker at the old age home.
If you really love it, then go for it but it's not my style.
