Kelly, I think that's one of the most significant gifts that Alex has given me... I used to take my job so seriously, but now, I know, it's secondary to all else, and that's what helps me get through all this crap day in and day out, that I know you're experiencing too 
And, as for being a mom... it is beyond the most difficult thing I've ever done in my life. But, also, at the same time, the most deeply satisfying and rewarding
