Being snow bound without my DH..UPDATE!

i thought my DH and I would have a nice snowed in day tomorrow but i have a feeling he will get stuck at work. hes a cop and his hrs are midnigth to 8 in the morning. if another cop doesnt come ot relieve him in the morning he has to stay. Im going to be so bored and snow bounded without him

I feel your pain! My husband's on call tonight at the hospital. I hope he'll be able to get out on time tomorrow at 6:30am but who knows how the roads will be. I'm keeping my fingers crossed

My DH just left a little while ago....he got called in b/c of the snow and probably won't be home til Monday night. He works in Bklyn and his Mom lives a few blocks from work so he can walk there and get a little sleep. I'd rather him stay there than drive all the way back here if the roads are bad.

I'm right there with you girls. My DH is probably going to sleep at the office. They have a huge project they are working on and he's afraid he won't be able to get back into the city tomorrow on time for owrk.

My DH is at work right now too. He has a huge project. He left at 8 am this morning and prob. will not be home until 8 pm this evening. He has to go back in tomorrow so his boss is picking him up in his SUV at 7 am.
I also have a cold so, it is bad, I am home alone and sick. Not fun.

My DH is in sunny Florida & won't be home till next Saturday. I'm homebound w/o DH too.
I'm watching tv & going to bed early tonight anyway. I'm tired.

I feel your pain, My DH left last night at 2 am and didnt get home till 8 this morning and has to leave again in an hour and who knows what time he will get home. He works for a car dealership and they have to plow and move and clean off the cars in the lots, such sh*t-- I thought we would have a nice night and day- yea right!
