Belly bandit for C-section?
Any recommendations for a belly bandit after c-section? Can you even wear one? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Belly bandit for C-section?
I didn't have a csection, but I loved mine....all three of them lmao. I know the bamboo one is softer and supposedly better for a section.

Re: Belly bandit for C-section?
There's something called a C-Panty and I wonder if this would be better for a section:

Belly bandit for C-section?
They gave me something in the hospital that I wore the first few days. It was much softer and flexible but still constricting and did the job... The belly bandit was not comfortable for the first few days. Way too tight and stiff. But I switched to it once I got home. I have the bamboo one. It's good but not that comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.

I wore one the hospital gave me for a while after my c-section. Weeks, though I can't remember how many weeks.

Belly bandit for C-section?
I wore one with my DD . I can't even find it now so I'm ordering a new one. I wore it on day 3 since I was still hooked up to a catheter and medications until late day 2.

Re: Belly bandit for C-section?
Yep I wore one the hospital gave me. Worked well but the thing that worked the best was, after I was cleared to do some physical exercise I purchased the post-baby workout DVD by Tracy Anderson... The Tracy Anderson method, on Amazon. IT IS LIFE CHANGING. And I only did it for about two or so months total a few times a week and my stomach - I always had a nice, flat stomach because I played a lot of sports growing up, so I wanted it back and not just flat, but tight. And wow that DVD is the best thing ever for after you give birth - section or not. And I had a section. It was amazing. Imagine if I had done it as much as she suggests or if I was more diligent. Holy hell. And from time to time I go back to it and freshen it up a bit.
Highly recommended.

She is amazing.
The stuff she does looks like nothing.
You watch it and you're like, is this really effective??
And then you go to DO it and you are like OH MY GOD.
The burn!!!! And the soreness. It awakens muscles I didn't know I had!

Re: Belly bandit for C-section?
I ordered the Bellefit duel corset girdle. Got great reviews and came highly recommended. It was $$$ but it seems to be worth it. I should be getting it in the mail today. My section is Monday

For me, at work, it is blocked but here:
GOOGLE Tracy Anderson POST-BABY
It'll come up for sure.
She has a bunch of DVD's -- they are all great... but for this specific need, of course, the Post-Baby is geared just for that!
