C-section moms - belly numbness question
I know numbness at the incision is to be expected, but I am 4 weeks pp and I have areas of numbness between my belly button and the incision. It was almost completely numb after delivering but it has improved somewhat and I have gotten some feeling back. Will I ever get all the feeling back?

Re: C-section moms - belly numbness question
Thanks - I figured it would take a while but I was wondering if the feeling would ever come back at some point. Good to know that it will eventually - it feels so weird!

I am almost 8 months PP and my belly is still numb. I don't think I am ever going to get back full sensation.

Re: C-section moms - belly numbness question
I had 2 sections 14 months apart, I'll be lucky if I ever feel by belly again, but I accepted it for what it is.

Re: C-section moms - belly numbness question
I asked my OB that because i have no feeling on my right side from my belly button to my incision. The OB said it could take a while to come back because the nerves have to find each other again. I hope it comes back soon. Im almost 5 months PP.
