Do all women get this? If so when did yours appear or when should I expect. So far almost 20 weeks and there's nothing there.

I had it last pregnancy and it is just now showing up with this one and I am 29 weeks. I do not think EVERY woman gets it, it depends on your pigmentation whether or not it's visible.

I think I always had a slight line below my belly button 
I noticed it going above my belly button about 2-3 weeks ago (25-26 weeks).

strange but never had it during my pg, after though I noticed a faint line took about 7 months to go away

I don't think every woman gets it.
I started to notice mine at about 26 weeks I think.
My actually is noticeable below my belly button and believe it or not, there is a faint line above my belly button straight up to my chest.

I got mine around 28+ weeks if I remember correctly. It has faded tons, but it's still slightly visible, and DD is almost 8 months. At least I didn't suffer stretch marks too.

I got mine around 31 weeks and it is really light. It also goes above my belly button as well.

Nine is pretty light and showed up around 28w. However the area around the piercing hole got dark, which I read is common...that is weeeeird.

i have one that is so light only dh can see it. does not appear in photos. it showed up at 30 weeks.

Not everyone gets it. I got it with both pregnancies later in the pregnancy (I want to say 30 weeks with this one and later with the other one).
ETS: It took a good 6mths to go away after birth.

I forget when mine showed up exactly but I know it was after 20 weeks. Probably around 25 weeks or so.
