Best Age
I swear, so far, with this being my frist, DS is 8.5 months old, and I truely swear that this is the best age yet!! His personality just is coming out more and more each day! Learning so much more! I just can't get enough of him! His little giggles, the way he makes "indian sounds" and claps his hands. I can't believe how fast the time has gone, and just want to freeze time just where we are right now for a little while. He's becoming a true dare devil..trying to climg on chairs to get higher up to see something LOL. Just learned how to wave. AUGH! I jsut can't take it!!!! I just loove love love this age so far!!
What's everyone elses fave age so far and why?

Re: Best Age
Honestly I think there are pros/cons to every age; although I'd have to say my least fave was the newborn stage.
With DD I'd have to say 2.5 as she became more verbal and couldn't give mommy enough hugs or say, I love you more mommy (all day long).
With DS it would be now at 17 months...he's a character. I love how he brushes his teeth next to his sister and makes the kissing sound when he kisses you. He runs full speed when I come home from work.
ETA: It was great meeting you on Sunday. Your little man is precious!

Re: Best Age
I was not a fan of the newborn stage. My favorite age so far is 16 months. I love how she gives hugs and kisses, is starting to talk alot and communicate. She tells me when she wants to go outside ( she gives me her shoes and says outshide lol ) it's so cute. She says Grandpa so well, she wakes up and says MAMA CHEEEEESEEEEE, so I give her cheese. THen she asks for apple. SO cute. Loving every minute, except for the climbing on everything part

Re: Best Age
Awwh what you wrote reminded me of my SIL. She felt the same way around 8 months. She didn;t want him getting any older. He's 16 months and still so much fun!
My favorite age is different for every kid. I agree with Sweet Cindy with all ages having pros and cons b/c I can think of an age I loved but then also remember how tough some parts were too.
At this moment..... Aviana (10) is at a cool stage. I'm liking it. This is her last year in elementary. Not sure what to expect next year in middle school.
Ayla (3) is calming down with her whinning ( a tough phase we went through) and is starting to really turn into a little girl.
Amelia (2) drives me up a wall everyday with out fail. She is the hardest of all my kids for sure. Definitley looking forward for this age and phase to pass.
Foofa is.... the bestest!!!! she is an awesome little 13 month old. may she continue to be the bestest!!!!

Re: Best Age
From 12 months till now (16.5 months) has been my favorite. Watching her learn how to communicate, and walk... and she's just taking everything in like a sponge--it's amazing to witness.
Although... she is now starting to throw tantrums and move closer to those terrible 2's soooooo...
