Best bday present ever! (SPR)
I just got the call that our construction (dormer to enlarge our MBR and give a bedroom to baby ) will start next week!!! It's not as we as hoped (thought we'd be halfway through it by now) but it's better than I was told earlier this week.
On Monday I called and she asked, "will you be upset if we don't start for 3 wks". Naturally, I'm hormonal, I cried.
But she moved things around and we're starting late next week. It's going to be a mess - we have to move upstairs to downstairs and we'll be bunking with Ryan (and soon baby) in the dining room - but we'll have to suck it up and hopefully by Thanksgiving we'll have a brand new house!!
