Best birthday present ever! (Semi parenting related)
I just got the call that our construction (dormer to enlarge our MBR and give  a bedroom) will start next week!!!  It's not as we as hoped (thought we'd be halfway through it by now) but it's better than I was told earlier this week.
On Monday I called and she asked, "will you be upset if we don't start for 3 wks". Naturally, I'm hormonal, I cried.
But she moved things around and we're starting late next week. It's going to be a mess - we have to move upstairs to downstairs and we'll be bunking with Ryan (and soon baby) in the dining room - but we'll have to suck it up and hopefully by Thanksgiving we'll have a brand new house!!

It's def. pregnancy related too - I wouldn't have cried if I wasn't hormonal from pregnancy!

 I have never cried much, but holy cow the last week or so I cry over everything. Someone would not let me bring in my bottle of water into a football game and I started to tear up!

When I was pregnant with Ryan, I threw a fit and cried b/c we were going away (with my brothers and Dad) and my father wanted to check luggage at the airport. I cried b/c he wouldn't agree to keep it to carry on.
Needless to say, we all ended up with carry on luggage
