best books on sleep habits for children
I heard in the past some ladies talking about sleeping through the night books...
can u recommend one and what are their methods?

Steven's an excellent sleeper, but I read a few just for some pointers. The two that I recommend are:
No Cry Sleep Solution, which is basically soothing the baby back to sleep. It would have been helpful if I wasn't already doing all of the techniques in the book.
Secrets of the Baby Wisperer - getting in tune with your child's personality and their cries THEN acting and helping them instead of trying to find out what is wrong on their first wimper. I LOVED this book. Highly recommend it.

I second this book....it's wonderful. I have to re-read for DD age and then refresh for newborns once DS is born.

healthy sleep habits, the baby whisperer books and the sleep book by dr. sears. between all 3, i got great advice and now hannah is doing much better with sleeping.

I think it depends on what methods you are comfortable with. I read Baby Whisperer and Healthy Sleep Habits but I was not willing to use CIO so we use No Cry methods. I feel like DD is a really great sleeper now but honeslty for us it took 6 months. She was hungry and stopped waking up on her own so that's when things took a turn for the better for us
