Best exercises to tone up stomach
after 2 babies? I have lost 15 lbs. and toned up but I just can NOT get my stomach to be totally flat and not "jiggly"-lol!!
I know you can't target one area of your body but what should I do more of to get that tighter?
Thanks

I would love to know this too. I'm having the same problem. I'm seeing a noticeable difference in my legs and butt, but not in my stomach at all

Re: Best exercises to tone up stomach
you can do a million and one situps but still not have a flat tummy...
you need to diet and exercise (cardio) to shed the fat..

Yeah. I increase the incline of the treadmill every week, and increase the weights as soon as I feel it feels too easy and don't feel that "burn".

Yeah. I increase the incline of the treadmill every week, and increase the weights as soon as I feel it feels too easy and don't feel that "burn".
do it on a timed cycle though.. not each weeek but do interval training at every workout.
When I do cardio, I start off at a regular pace (regardless of machine) for 5 minutes.. then I amp it up to full capacity do that for 2 minutes and then go back down to a normal speed for another 5 and keep doing this cycle until I am done..
Some people may not agree but I work my way up in weights at each workout and basically work my muscles out until exhaustion..
I also never rest between sets.. I am always doing something..

Thanks so much. I will definately try that. I am like you too that I don't really rest either. I see these people that just sit there and I am like, what are they doing?-lol!! I like to get in and out of the gym. Don't need to be there any longer than I have to be-lol.

I find pilates is the best for strengthening the abdominal muscles.
