Best gift for a new mom?
My cousin just had her third child. She's got tons of baby items, but I wanted to get a gift/do something for her. If you could have anything, what would you want for a "new mom" present?

Food/gift certificate for take-out! We have given food from alazing.com and gift certificates. Both were received very well. I personally would have loved to have received that rather than the 9000 dresses that she grew out before she coudl wear

I agree with this. My SIL got us 5 different take out menus and gift certificates. She also stocked our freezer with home-cooked meals. She is a great SIL---she also cleaned my house from top to bottom!

That's why we weret her house yesterday 
What do you think of taking her out to do something girly? Take her to go get a hair cut or pedicure? Or would that be insulting?

A full nights sleep!!!
I agree with the food gift cert.- and a place that they can get take out from. Also the house cleaning would be awesome, maybe a gift cert. for a cleaning company for a week or month.

Food is great, a clean house is awesome, and I've also come to LOOOOVE the spa kit my SIL sent to me, its SO great to have awesome hand, face, and body creams since getting a 'day off' to go to a spa is impractical right now. And PP my skin is SCAAAAAALY, I'm like an alligator so I really need this stuff!!!

take out gift certificate... if you want to spoil her, make it for a more pricy and restaurant close to her home....
it's all about time... she would stress out trying to find time to be pampered at a spa or salon... take-out would give her spare time... priceless....

food is a good idea, or a day out with you just to get away frm the everyday, you can take her to a movie and lunch or bowling and lunch something like that
