Best meal replacement shake - please do not move
I make sure I walk a lot and workout. Keep myself moving and do some weights. Nothing crazy. I am also not overweight, but looking to add a shake a day for a meal replacement with good vitamins and will keep me healthy. Don't need all the extra pills and/or cleanses. I am just looking to maintain.
Any reviews on shakes that won't cost a fortune? I see so many out there and people who sell get pushy to add everything. Is there anything that works that I can add one or two shakes a day? Just looking to start with a month supply too so I can see if I like it.
Thanks!

I use Arbonne's nutrition line. I love the shakes. They are easy to make on the go, just add water or you can blend them with water or almond milk and fruit, almond butter, greens whatever you want. The shakes are vegan, gluten free, kosher and have 20 grams of protein.
I can give you my consultants name if you want, she is definitely not pushy. She will give you all the info and let you make the decision for yourself.

I agree - I use their Vanilla Protein powder and make my own shakes once a day - quick and easy. The bag cost about 74.00 but when used once a day - it lasts for a few months (and honestly to me - its the best tasting & I've tried a lot).

Does it help lose weight? Manage weight? or is it just a healthy drink? Looking for something for a small weight loss along with some perks like nice hair and nails.

Best meal replacement shake - please do not move
I used American Pure Whey (can only buy online). I buy the Rocky Road flavor. It's the only brand I like that does not have an after taste. I've tried so many. It's a 10 lb bag for $58.99

Re: Best meal replacement shake - please do not move
The issue I have with using shakes as a "meal replacement" is that no matter how filling they are, I never feel "satisfied".
After looking into it, I found that the reason is chewing sends a message to your brain that you are satisfied.
So though they might fill and bloat me, I am always looking for more.
I think shakes are good as a supplement, but not to replace a meal. I can't imagine downing a shake for lunch and feeling satisfied.

Same. I think I ended up being more hungry and eating more at the end of the day when I did the shake. Wasn't for me.

Best meal replacement shake - please do not move
I have been drinking the 310 shakes and so far like them. There are some days they satisfy me to the next meal and other days they don't. I prefer actually eating over a shake but sometimes they are just more convenient. I try to keep a few hard boiled eggs in the fridge and will have 2 with the shake and that seems to help a lot

Re: Best meal replacement shake - please do not move
I don't use Meal Replacements; I find they are loaded with crazy calories.
But I just bought the Cytosport Powder Mix made my Muscle Milk. Its only 130 Calories for one scoop and about 27g Protein; along with tons of Amino acids; which are great for nails and hair.
It has no diary in it either which is a plus for me.
I mix it with Cashew/Pea Protein Milk.........it tastes like Cake batter. Sometimes I mix w/ fruit. Or Cocoa for Chocolate flavor. It came in Chocolate too.
I bought it at Costco and it was $39.99 for 60 servings.

I agree. I don't believe in shakes as a meal replacement. Our bodies need food. I do drink protein shakes as a snack (usually between lunch and dinner to hold me over). I use a whey protein powder and mix it with water or almond milk and an ice cube.

I alternate between Advocare and Premier Protein. I like them both a lot. The Advocare shakes are definitely more filling. I buy my son CalNatural Organic protein shakes because he likes those better. I don't buy them for myself because they're too expensive

This is what I also have every morning. It was recommended by my nutritionist when I went for weight loss surgery because of the low sugar content

BJs or Costco.
Chocolate is the best tasting flavor IMO.

I think it can be all of the above but, for me, I use it as one of my small meals. It would never sustain me to be a total meal replacement. You can also buy them at Target.
