I'll give you mine (in the meantime. I'd love to see smiles as well)
chopped garlic mashed with a sprig of fresh rosemary OR about 1/4 tsp on dried rosemary, olive oil and salt.
add to a bowl of cut red potatoes (skin ON) and mix together.
throw on a roasted pan in a 450 degree oven until CRISPY. 
as for the actual question, I have no idea. I'll ask dh and get back to you (he is my measuring stick)

DH's favorite is my Chicken Francese...I think I make this best bc I make it often for him 
Also a shrimo & sausage cajun pasta dish I make is delsih--again I think bc DH loves it and requests it often!

"one dish? hard to say. you do make good bolognese, which is key. you make lots of good dishes. i do like ur pork chops. i dont know...."
I also get requests for my guacamole, my burgers, and my mojitos (though I guess this isn't a dish) also my french toast and home fries.

Rob will tell you it's my turkey stuffed peppers or my roasted chicken. He's a simple kind of guy though.
I usually get requests for paella, my salad with Basil vinaigrette dressing, mac & cheese with gruyere and pancetta and my fried wontons.

Oh these all sound so good...I make yummy chicken enchiladas (I think I sealed the deal with DH with that dish when we were dating).
When we go to parties, people love our stromboli, but I don't want to tell them how easy it is to make...
