Best minivans for large families?

I am researching minivans since I know nothing about them.

I am looking for one with the most space. I have one carseat now and hopefully will be adding another in the future. Obviously we need something with nice storage space. When we travel, my mom and sister usually comes with us. Are there any minivans with benches instead of bucket seats?

Also..please excuse me for being so dumb on this topic but are most minivans equipped with 4 wheel drive? This is very important to me for the winter months.

we're just starting to look at minivans. I don't know alot, but so far the only one I have found that is all wheel drive is the Toyota Sienna. I'm not sure about the seating, but I think you can fit the 2 carseats in the middle row, then usually the 3rd row is a bench seat so your mom & sis could sit back there.
