Best news we got all week...
I was talking to our real estate agent here about the closing, etc. and he said, you know you don't need to be there... Best news ever!
We are moving 4 days before closing, and we'd have to come back here and get a sitter, lose a day of unpacking, etc.
So happy!
Maybe not news for everyone, but perhaps this bit of info will help someone else who is selling far from where they are moving to.
