Best NYC Restaurant for romantic dinner
I know this has been posted before but looking for new ideas. Like all types of food, LOVE tasting menus...anywhere new and exciting we should try?

My favorite special, romantic restaurants are Eleven Madison Park and the Grammercy Tavern. They are certainly not new, but they are special and always wonderful. Exceptional service at both places.
Mas Farmhouse is rustic and romantic (and super delicious). Also the Little Owl is cozy and a great date spot.

The London and BLT Steak are our favorites.
We had dinner at BLT in midtown for our anniversary Saturday night, not the most romantic but we love the food and the location.

The atmosphere of the Stone Barns location is very unique. The location of the resturant is set on the farm- you drive up a long drive way with the pastures around you- then you walk into a stone building that has a gives off a cozy elegance. The dining room has open beams but not the traditional farm house feel at all- it is a beautiful space.

blue hill stone barns is gorgeous- it's a 3 hour dinner though :) (they do have lunch options but I haven't been)
open space, very intimate, amazing experience from the service to the ambiance to the tasting menus

Best NYC Restaurant for romantic dinner
Marc Forgione hands down the best tasting menu. The food was superb and it is super romantic atmosphere. Such a beautiful rustic and romantic atmosphere. I've been a few times and it's always fantastic.
I went to Mas Farmhouse earlier this year for my birthday and did the tasting menu. (Thanks to the ladies on her for recommending!) It was great but I won't go back again.
If you want to go all out Daniel is another favorite, so classy and sophisticated. Plus exceptional service.
