I hate Agean!! Their pizza is bla. Everything else is worse but they are not even Italian so what do I expect!! How could they be #10. They used to be in the Flea Market
I love Saviano's but a little
 OMGGGGGG I can't believe anyone would say that about Aegean 
Italian or not, they have a line into the mall everyday for a reason

Is Umberto's the place with the "Grandma Pizza" -- the thin crust sicilian-style with tomato/mozz/basil? If so, that's my fave!

I guess they have come along way There Pizza used to be HORRIBLE.. I haven't had it since 1993ish....Maybe I will try it again...

LOL it is around the block from me and I never go there -- not crazy about the crust, too doughy. Although I happened to go yesterday. Maybe I will try the pizza again too.

I know that they were there for a long time because my mom would never let us get from their because my neighbor had gotten sick after eating it. I don't think it was from the food though.
Just a few years ago we brought her there and she LOVES it.

I've only ever eaten at Umbertos and while it was good, I wasn't wowed...
And then when we asked for the three slices of leftovers to be wrapped up, they threw them away and still charged us for the full pie!!
Maybe we just had a bad experience...I mean, it was good, but I don't know about best pizza in LI!!

LOL It makes sense. I do agree about the grease.
I actually prefer DiRaimo's (for sicilian slices) over LV and Rosa's.

Where's that? In the village? We've only had LV, Rosa's and Stevie's. We've been meaning to try the Umberto's pizza on E. Main (we tend to only order entrees.)
