When I was interviewing I actually got a really nice one at Kolh's for 80 bucks and that included a shirt to wear underneath.

There is an Ann Klein store out at the outlets that I have done well at. Also Bloomingdales in NYC.

marshalls and TJ MAxx have brand name suits, I got 2 there. Great prices too!

Tanger Outlets has a Kasper ASP outlet. They sell absolutely beautiful suits at outlet prices.

I got a great skirt suit - navy blue pinstripe - from Dress Barn a few years ago for like $75. The best part is - its machine washable and dryable. I wear it all the time, and it still looks great. But I admit, sometimes Dress Barn is hit and miss.
I've also had luck at Macy's or JC Penny's.
