best swing for long baby?
So I'm giving in and getting a swing. DD hates the bouncie seat unless I'm sitting there bouncing it... she's getting too long for it anyway (24 inches at 9 weeks old) and we are up to about 2 long walks a day - she's only happy when she's moving. I'm thinking she may be content indoors if in the swing... not to replace us taking her out for walks of course, but for bad weather days or times when I need to throw a load of laundry into the machine or even exercise, I need some place to put her down a minute.
Any suggestions??? I really don't want to spend over $100 for something she'll grow out of by next month. Any swings that move in different directions (settings for back and forth as well as side to side)? I also want something "portable" enough that I can move it to different rooms easily so I can still spend the time with her - not to mention fairly compact - we have a smallish house that we are selling and don't want the LR to look too cluttered. I have a 20% off coupon for BBB so I plan on going there.
TIA!

I have the Fisher Price Aquarium travel swing. I love it. My DD is 3 months old and is 24 inches, but she still has plenty of room. It folds up and takes up hardly any space, even when it is in use.

We have the FP rainforest travel swing which DS like. We keep that at my mom's house - she watches him every day for us. Small, compact, pretty good. He is both long and chunky but seems to enjoy it
At home we have the Graco Lovin' Hug Infant Swing. It's $99 at BRU but it is a full size swing so it does take up some space. At 4 months he is still in it and loves it (enjoys the mobile now) because the seat is adjustable - recline to a sitting up position.

The ones I have do not. THey just go front to back not side to side. I know that the Fisher-Price Rainforest Open-Top Cradle Swing, the Fisher-Price Papasan and the Fisher-Price Ocean Wonders Aquarium Cradle Swing swing in both directions. They are more than $100 though.
