Best Toy EVER!!!
Caden got this toy for Christmas.....
It doesnt leave his side.....
When he got it he did know all his capital letters already. But since he has gotten it he now knows all the upper case and most of the lower case. He loves to trace the letters and can even write some letters now independant of the toy.
It really does teach exactly what it says it does.
It's not often that Im this impressed with a "toy.. I highly recommend it....

We have that ( though I'm pretty sure that doesn't suprise you  )
I actually bought it a while ago and was going to put it in Brandon's Easter basket ( though since he already knows his letters, Lexi will probably get it in hers )...Also got one for my nephew ..

OOH! I am intrigued. He gets so frustrated trying to 'write' his letters. They all look the same.

Thanks!! I just ordered it for Lily...she loves to draw and has incredible hand control, but can only write one or two letters.

YES! ITA!!! We got this for DS for Christmas....he is 3 1/2 and loves it. He now knows all his lower case letters and its had definately reinforced the capital letters and the right way to write them. And it was cheap too
Eta: we also got DS the leapfrog dvd Letter Factory! Thanks to NancyGrace's recommendation. He loves it and has learned all the sounds the letters make after watching it just a few times.

Hmm, may have to buy this. DD knows all the letters in both capital & upper-case, but gets frustrated when trying to write them. She LOVES tracing things lately (we have a few tracing books-- tracing shapes and something else-- that she loves).
Thanks for the review!
ETA: Since she already knows the alphabet in upper & lower, would this be kind of a waste? I'd really only be getting it for the tracing aspect, which I guess I could just get a tracing alphabet book for...or do you find the tracing aspect helpful/fun on this?
