Best Vacuum for Pet hair???
I need a new vacuum but I need one that is good with pet hair and I can't spend a fortune.

we bought a Eureka and Bissell that was for pets and they both crapped out within 2 years. Spend the money and go for the dyson.

I love the dyson, it picks up everything BUT I can't stand the hose! It doesn't reach that far and also I can never empty the canister because everytime I try to I think I'm going to break it so I have DH do it.

I agree - we have the dyson animal and DH loves it - it picks up everything!

DITTO! the hose is not easy to use i think because it sucks so hard...

i have said it before and will continue to say that i LOVE my oreck. i hear great things about the dyson as well but the free 10 yr annual tuneups and the fact that there is an oreck store 10 minutes from my house, sealed the deal for me.

We love the Dyson Animal. As far as the hose goes, it gets easier to use the more you get used to it. I believe you can get it at costco for $349. Best money I spent considering I have been married nearly four years and this is our 3rd vacuum (and last for a long time)...I kinda vacuum a lot

I have a ST Bernard so needless to say I have soooo much hair EVERYWHERE. I bought a Kenmore progressive canister vac. The yellow one. I could not be more pleased.... I love, love love it....
