Best way to follow up after a job interview?
Should I send an email?
Also, how long should I wait to do this?
The interview was today, should I send it Friday?

I would send an email the same day thanking them for their time, saying you enjoyed meeting them and are very interested in the postion and to hear next steps, something along those lines

Yep - agree with all of the above. When I interviewed for my current job, I learned that other candidates had emailed their thank yous on the same day as their interview, so I did the same
