ship broker

best- dinners at fancy restaurants, some travel, awesome wine, free breakfast, lunch, cell phone and computer

worst- long hours, weekend calls, blackberry is attached to my hip, pressure to do deals, my base salary is low and my real $ comes with my bi-yearly bonus - which could be anything from $0 to tens of thousands

Job: Pricing Manager for TV Ad Sales

Best: They pay and it used to be all of the fringe benefits (parties, great lunches, dinners, trips). Now I'm having a hard time coming up with what I really like about the job.

Job: Psych Nurse for an outpatient mental health team.

Best: I am out traveling to see clients all day so I have the freedom to plan my day as I feel fit, and I usually finish my day early if I plan right. :)

Worst: These are all psych clients and many areas that I have to travel to are not the nicest areas of Long Island.
