Best way to thank a friend (giving you baby items)

I'm 18 weeks with baby number 4. I literally threw EVERY baby item I own away 2 weeks before I found out I was pregnant! (This pregnancy was a total shock & surprise)
A friend of mine who had a baby a few months ago has generously offered to give me a bouncy seat, swing, rock & play, moses basket and a pretty much new infant car seat plus bases that her baby used for a few months. She refuses to take any money. How in the world can I thank her?!

Maybe gift certificate to a restaurant and offer to watch her kids while her and her DH go?

I think a Gift Cert for a mani/pedi or massage for her would be nice!

i got a ton of stuff when i got pregnant with dd. i gave a gift certificate for her to go out to dinner with her family and i also told her i would pay it forward. when im done with the stuff, i plan on passing it on - for free, no strings attached
its the greatest gift to give, and if im not going to use it im happy to know someone else will

We had some friends give us a ton of extra stuff (swing, jumper, strollers, etc) we took them out to dinner.

My friend also gave us pretty much everything. Her only request was we pay it forward. I took her to lunch and a massage it was a great girls afternoon.
