Beta Hell (7/11 Updated!!)
So yeah...went today for bloodwork and beta went up to 250! (Less than 40 hr doubling time)
This is so strange and feels like mental torture.
Did anyone have betas begin to double after the first 2 slow risers and go on to have a healthy pregnancy?
You can be honest - I am prepared for the worst but hoping for a miracle.
So less than 48 hrs later beta is now 627! Progesterone and estrogen are increasing as well. Sono this am showed a small gestational sac in the uterus. This is wild and I am obviously still very cautious as we proceed.
Will continue to keep you ladies updated! Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers.
Another 48 hrs and it doubled again to 1310! Progesterone also increased- 5wk2days today and sono showed the sac now 6mm!! RE has me coming back Tues for another sono where we need to see yolk sac at that point! I am still very cautiously optimistic and praying for my little sticky bean!!

Wow, that's hopeful! Are u going back for a 4th beta?
If I am being totally honest, I think it could still go either way. I was in beta hell for six (incredibly long) weeks this winter. Some times my beta would be in normal doubling time range, other times much slower,. I ultimately had a mc, but I played Dr. Google and know I found stories of people who did to on to have successful pregnancies. Hope u r one of them! :)

Maybe it implanted late?
Stay off the internet. It will either give you false hope or upset you when you don't know what's happening in your specific situation.

Ugh I have been in beta hell too. My numbers did not double and I thought the worst. I honestly think I was pregnant with twins (my first beta was kinda high) and one disappeared and that is why my betas were not rising like they were supposed to. I had a healthy DS. I am praying for a good out come for you!! 
Oh and they only did 3 betas for me and then told me I had to wait for the sono...

Unfortunately, that happened to me and it was not a successful pregnancy. I've been in beta hell twice.
The first time my numbers were low and doubling, but never getting high enough. How many DPO are you with a beta of 250?

Something similar happened to me and unfortunately it didn't end well. I went in for 5 betas, every 2 days from 13 dpo. My numbers were low to start with and didn't double appropriately at first. Then they really took off and doubled twice - getting as high as 410 at around 21 dpo. I went in a week later for a sono and there was a tiny, empty sac and my beta had gone back down to 420.
I really hope you have a better outcome.

I had a low initial and then slow rising beta. She's 3 now!
