I was going to suggest Twitter, too. I hope the Regional Mgr resolves the issues, though!

Definitely...I had to do this with Pottery Barn Kids and I also posted on their facebook in order to finally get a response/apology. I got an immediate response telling me to email them and right away they responded offerring a $50 gift card for my troubles.
