BF and upset stomach...
OMG...I had Chinese food for dinner (brown rice and chicken) and I have the worst runs...sorry for TMI
Should I pump and dump my milk during the next feed or two??? I have a back-up stash and would hate for DS to have an upset stomach...thanks!

I guess it couldn't hurt. Once over the summer I had kielbasi & it gave her major gas. If you have a stash of milk, you should probably dump to be safe or else give it to him first thing in the am (not at night).

I remember reading when I got the runs and was BF to continue to BF, that it wouldn't affect the milk. Hope you feel better
