BF moms - if your supply dips with AF...
For how long are you "low"? When do you notice a dip? I feel like my dip is getting longer and longer - like 3-4 before, then while AF is here and a few days after - making that dip half the month practically

When this happened I just tried to feed DS more often than before to try to up my supply.

I still haven't gotten AF so I'm not sure about that. But, I've had issues with my supply. I find that pumping after feedings helps to increase it. I also drink a tea with fenugreek to increase supply (a lactation consultant suggested this to me). I drink the Earth Mama Angel Baby Milkmaid tea.

My dips seemed longer too. It will bounce back! Keep up your water and maybe some fenugreek.
