BF Moms on Weight Watchers
Can we eat the WW snacks and stuff? Or do they have artificial sweeteners? I'm thinking of maybe joining this week

I did WW while BFing when DD was first born. You get 10 extra points a day and I stayed away from artificial sweeteners. The WW stuff has artificial sweeteners BUT....
try these snacks:
Glenny's Brownie (TWO Points)
Flat Earth Chips (Two Points)
Skinny Cow Ice Creams (TWO Points)

I still eat this stuff. Cutting out the fakes sugars is a great idea even after you are done BFing.
