BF moms with "larger" cup sizes
I am now a 42F now that I am BF my 7 week old son - holy big boobies! I feel like I have so many ducts around my breasts that DH sucks a few times and then I have to spend the rest of the time pushing around my breasts to get the milk down to him. When I pump it is the same thing. Any other suggestions besides warm soaks/hot shower to help move the milk down?
I feel likeBF is so much more of a "chore" b.c I can't use my hands. I am not giving up BFing, just sometimes wish I could thumb thru a magazine or something instead of balancing his head against my ginormous boob and pushing milk down.

I had the same problems and I gave up... I really regret it. I dont have much advice but do hang in there

i wasnt as big i was a 40e from a 34c so it was a big jump. i ended up pumping and giving a bottle it was easier and olivia go the same milk. good luck to you.

I was about a 38F at my biggest, but I remember that the engorgement definitely subsides once your body adjusts to nursing. Also, I only pressed down on them when I was in a rush. Hope it gets better.

Hmm... are you sure this is a result of your size? I'm roughly the same size (a tad smaller), and I don't have to do this. Why do you have to push down on your boob? To let the milk out? Maybe it has something to do with your letdown?

I wasn't as big as you, but that still didn't make BFing leisurely. I went from a 34B to a 36E and I still had to hold his head to my breast the entire time he fed.
