BFers-This is natural, right? One more question added...
I pumped 1 1/4 ounces less last night and can't figure out why...I didn't change a thing....normal body response?
ETA: I'm noticing it's my right side, which is my better side. No sign of a clog or anything. It feels soft, as though there's nothing in there. This ever happen to anyone? I'm sitting here again w/ the same problem.

I changed the white flappy membranes about two months ago. But I have never changed the valves (orange piece or clear piece). Should I??

Well, I can tell you that I have been ridiculously exhausted...I don't know how to fix this! I BF and hate to give DD bottles during the day (so I can get some rest on the weekends or whatever) of my pumped supply because I constantly worry about my supply and just feel that if I'm home, I should be nursing her, KWIM? And because my pumping output stinks during the day, I get up in the middle of the night to pump!
But yes, I drink 12 glasses (4 sport bottles) of water daily.

Re: BFers-This is natural, right?
Did you feel the let down? There have been a few times I can't achieve let down and only pump about an ounce or two. When that happens I try to relax and take some deep breaths, then I feel the let down. If I don't get the let down, it's almost a wasted pump.
Oh wait! Now I see you said 1 1/4 ounces LESS. I thought you said ONLY 1 1/4 ounces. I pump all different amounts all the time.
