BFing - Is it common to develop sore nips 3 months in?
My nips are killing me! (TMI) and I can figure out why. His latch is fine and it doesn't hurt when he's on. I'm thinking that maybe the pump? Although, I only pump 1x -2x a day.

Do you have AF? The only other time I noticed sore nips after the initial pain was when I had AF (or some variation of her).

It happened to me at that time when DS when through a growth spur. He wanted more milk.

I wound up having nipple thrush, even though DD showed no symptoms=def call you doc feel better
