BFing Mommas// help me
I'm pumping so I am hitting up both boobs each time I use my Isis or PIS but I'm getting atleast 4 oz from "lefty" and at tops 2 oz from "righty"
Now my leftside was always a bit bigger but at this point. I'm super lopsided I'm like a D on my left if I'm full and a B on my right// is there a way to fix this.
I'm starting to supplement with some Formula for Dh just because I swore to myself I would breastfeed for 6 weeks and I'm at 6 weeks monday. Now do I pump more on my right to get more ?? or is it natural to have one side that produces more?? Or do I wean down my left side a bit...
I want to try to give him a few bottles of breastmilk daily so I want to maintain my supply fully so and just freeze some of it or lower myself so I just have enough for what I want to give him.
Also I'm under a good amount of stress not from our bundle but from Dh leaving shortly. He has flown in 3 memorial services since late May and we still need to update our wills (but our appointments have been put off due to the funerals which makes updating them even more depressing) so that plus the Christening and that GOSH DARN AF came back I don't think are helping me with my supply!

You could pump less on one side that would decrease the amount it produces which would help "even you out".
Yes, stress and AF both decrease your supply but it should go back up when life corrects itself.
Also FYI, I could feed Jeremy for days straight with him on the boob but when I try to pump I get MAYBE 3oz from both boobs... some women just dont give as much milk when using a pump.

Sorry to hear about all the stress you are dealing with , it can definitely affect supply temporarily. I would try to pump for 5 minutes extra on the smaller side to build up supply and that would still maintain supply for the other side. Your body will adjust to the supply needed once things settle down for you and you have more of a set routine.
I have had different times where one side produced more then the other, this usually lasts for a week or so and then it evens itself out.
