Mini Pill, IUD or condoms are your options.
I am on my second IUD even though I stopped BFing but I had it with Miranda while I was.

When i went to my 6 week check up the dr suggested the ortho lo pill or an estrogen only pill. But with pills there is a risk that they can decrease your milk supply. so i still have yet to take them since i have limited supply as it is.

I started taking the mini pill after my 6 wk appt. I had so much going on with the baby and he was no sort of schedule whatsoever that I could never remember to take it the same time, let alone remember to take it every day at all, so I stopped. The mini-pill is very sensitive so you MUST take it the same exact time every day, that just wasn't happening for me so I gave up. Also, it affected my supply. So now we're just winging it.
