She gave us clues, but didn't say she would tell us if we guessed it right.
maybe her profile has a pic and she doesn't want lurkers to know yet.
That's why I stay incognito mosquito. It's a public forum and don't want just anyone knowing my struggles 
i was simply expressing my opinion....
i personally don't find it fun - i find it to be kinda frustrating...but that's just my two cents.

By request putting back up my clues.
May not be exact but here goes
I was on LIW
I was on the Oct 2WW list but got AF and was back on the 2WW starting end of Oct
I already have at least 1, 2 or 3 children 
Think that was them.
And for the record I am not doing this for attention I thought everyone was just having fun. I will not out myself publically but if you ask via FM I would tell you.

When you guess wrong, as people already have for Deanna and now Jeri....it HURTS them....it does.....not meant intentionally AT ALL - but you can't change the fact that it HURTS.

Jess...I agree with you. I have no problem with people being incognito and then at 12 weeks or so coming out..that's understandable...but being incognito and then giving clues is like asking for attention...and could potentially be hurtful to people like you mentioned. JMHO.

I totally understand what you are saying. When I gave my "clue" it was a joke bc I said I was from LIW!!! Haha. So many of us are from LIW.
I said in this post that it was for my own reasons why I didn't feel comfortable with announcing yet.
So let's say for now on NO GUESSING! I did say that in one of my posts that I would not confirm if you were right. And the only reason I said I was NOT someone was for the reason you mentioned earlier- about how it can HURT!
Lastly, it was the other girls reading the thread who played the guessing game. And I purposely said I would not confirm if they guessed right. I can't control what others write however staying in hiding is not a new concept on these boards. I have been in TTC to awhile and have always read "in hiding" posts.
The second I posted my BFP in hiding I can't tell you how many FMs I got asking who I was. I felt bad not saying but we do have to respect if someone says they don't want to say. That is JMO.
So let's move past this and continue all the support we give eachother on here! You girls are all great and without you all I wouldn't have learned all I did!!!!

it's just the whole point of guessing.... without meaning to you can really hurt someone...
it's also the same theory when someone logs in and they were supposed to test and there's a post waiting for them, saying 'Davenjess - did you test?'.....
if i did test and it was negative - that kinda bites....having to announce it to the universe...that makes it worse...
just some things that have been on my mind lately...

IMO if someone doesn't want a thread asking them if they tested, then they shouldn't make a public thread that they're going to test. That's why I usually don't post any 2ww window info, "I'm out", etc., I mostly pop on to ask questions and contribute (if I can).
There are a ton of things that could potentially be hurtful on here. It comes with the TTC territory. It's a very emotional process.

in all sincerity - i am done with this thread.
i just needed to call attention to the fact that while we are trying to be cute and guessy about people, guessing WRONG people can cause pain for those that have been trying for months and months and months.

Wow, there are 5. I didn't realize there were that many. Well good! Maybe this will start a good run and there will be 5 more! Lots more! I don't care if they hide or come out. It's just nice to see that people are getting thier BFP...Thanksgiving/Christmas miracles!

i didnt really post on here till well yesterday i was a mojor lurker due to dh and i not TTC yet... and well.. SURPRISE!!!!! now i kinda feel like i missed out! anyway im hiding because noone not even our parents know whats going on. we want to make sure this is for real and were in the clear till we come out!

I get the whole it hurts people thing, but in all reality NOBODY is forcing anybody to look at the thread. And in the end the reveal is made so people will know who it is. Did I recieve fm's about poss being in hiding yup I did, did it bother me...yea a first but then I realized this was somebody else's moment and they deserve to announce it however they want. Even though TTC is harder on others I can say that I doubt anybody is trying to make this harder
