it is sad. I was disturbed to hear they started a gofundme. I thought with all the "men" in her life that bought her things in the past they could have helped her.

Her Twitter account is saying its false and she is still alive but in the hospital. I saw it being reported all over that she passed though too.

it was recorded like 6 weeks ago, I think I read. I was surprised too since I just saw that episode too.
Its being reported EVERYWHERE. But I hope it is untrue.

I see now that she passed at 3:01am this morning?
So sad. Unfortunately I knew it was only a matter of time once she received the stage IV lung cancer diagnosis. My mom passed only 4 months after she was diagnosed.
If this latest update is true, may she RIP

I have an issue and mixed feeling with gofundme to begin with, and when someone who is a "celebrate" is asking fans and others for for money, it rubs me.
she stated many times people and men always bought her things. With all her "connection" not one could help with the money to pay her bills so her family started a fund. She was making money being on that show, plus all her interviews and events, I find it hard to believe she did not have the money.
To be clear my comment has nothing to to with her as a person, its sad.

She owned a bar in Staten Island that was her main source of income. The bar got closed down because someone told that she was a felon and felons are not allowed to own bars. She was the main breadwinner for her whole family including kids and grandkids. I am pretty sure they sucked her dry and without her business there wasn't a good source of income for a while. I don't judge her for the go fund me because I honestly don't think she started it. Someone in her family will do anything for money. They sold photos of her last hours to a tabloid.

I just find it hard to believe that the most kind, generous, selfless, fun-loving and gregarious are always the first to go  She was always trying to rally everyone around and keep the peace. I'm going to miss her...

I honestly had no idea who she was until a few weeks ago when her sons wedding was on David Tutera's Celebrations. The wedding was insane.
really sad though that she went down hill so fast. Terrible.

I saw the photos and they should really be ashamed of themselves for selling them.
