Bike exercises
How can I get the most out of my workout on the bike (stationary)?

I always feel any kind of interval training is better than just plugging away, so I would try to do like 2 minutes at your max (either going fast or a high resistance or combination of the two) and 1 minute at a reasonable 'cooldown'. I find I get more out of any machine cardio if I do it as an interval and the time goes faster that way, too! I'm sure the ladies on here will have other great suggestions, too
