Bikes/trikes and park question...
If your child sees a bike or ride on toy at the park, unoccupied, do you let your child play with it? I don't.
If you have had this situation, does it bother you when other children play with your child's bike/trike?

Re: Bikes/trikes and park question...
i wouldn't let them play with it.
As much as I stress sharing, I don't know who's it is and how that person would react.
I tell DD/DS that they have to ask before they touch other people's things.
I would feel weird if another child came over and started playing if the parent was watching because I feel they should always ask. But if the parent is no where in sight then its a different story.

This is what I'm worried about. I want to bring dd's new trike to the park so she can play with it but a lot of parents don't watch their kids and they will be off and running on it. I don't want to have to babysit the bike while I'm watching the my kids.
