Bikram Yoga in Carle Place - Prenatal Classes?
I am really interested in starting some pre-natal yoga classes bc I'm beginning to feel like a complete and utter blob. 
Do you ladies know if Bikram Yoga in CP offers pre-natal classes?
Also, if you could recommend a place within the same vicinity, that would be awesome!

the destination maternity right there has classes Maria.... this lady Joanie subsitituted for my teacher a couple of weeks ago- she was great- I think she teaches there on Tuesday nights at 6:30

Destination Maternity has classes??? I did NOT know that! Thanks so much! I definitely have to look into it. Do you know if classes are expensive?
