Job Description is:

Job Purpose:
Assist the Professional Services Team and support the Project Managers and Project Coordinators in the day-to-day aspects of business. Must work well with the team to ensure that customer’s needs are met and internal standards and procedures are followed.

Job Responsibilities:
• Enter quotes and orders into OpenAir (Professional Services Automation tool)
• Work with the Sales and Engineering teams to ensure that all project related documents, including Statements of Work, customer purchase orders, timesheets and job costing documents are properly completed
• Create vendor purchase orders and process invoices for payment
• Collaborate with the Sales & Engineering teams to keep projects on schedule
• Efficiently identify and solve project issues
• Keep management informed of any project-related issues
• Maintain engineer schedule and follow up on timesheet submission
• Work with the Sales team to resolve any client service issues
• Obtain project completion signatures & ensure timely invoicing
• Maintain data in the system in order to ensure accurate reporting
• Ensure that project legal documents are completed and signed
• Review all project documentation for compliance with accounting standards
• Proof presales and post sales SOWs and Proposals

No experience is needed, we are willing to train the right person.
Organization and multi tasking is key
Experience in Excel

Do you know a salary range and if they offer medical benefits and retirement?

Yes to benefits- medical/dental/vision

Yes to 401K with a company match

Paid time off- vacation, personal and sick

And the salary is really dependent on experience but anywhere from around $36K to $50K

I'd say with the holidays coming up, probably not until January.
