On Going Service Coordinator Question

I am not overly thrilled with my ongoing service coordinator. I feel like she's all talk, and no action. After my daughters 6 month meeting last week, she was supposed to call me back that afternoon to let me know if her spec ed services would continue. She didn't call me back. I had to call her the next afternoon to get a answer.
They are recommending a psych evaluation (yet taking away her spec sed services), and she told me last Thursday she would talk to psych ASAP so we could get it done right away since I am not happy she lost spec ed. Its now Tuesday and I didnt hear back about anything so I just called her and left a message. This is my first time doing this so I don';t know if this is typical of all ongoing service coordinators or not. I know you can ask to switch but am afraid I may get someone worse. Am I overreacting or am I getting annoyed for a good reason?

If you are not happy then call the director of the agency and ask to be switched to a new service coordinator. My service coordinator is pretty good with getting back to me, even if its just to call me to tell me she still hadn't heard anything yet (we were on a waiting list for a while for a few services). I also text her too since sometimes that's easier.

I am an OSC, If you want to PM me. I am not sure how you left the meeting without knowing what services would continue? Was the psych evaluation put in your IFSP?? There are specific timelines for everything that she/he must adhere to :)
