Birth Certificate- if lost, who do you call?
The hospital?
I know we got it and now we cant seem to find it.
Errrrrrr! 
I have to go to social security because we never got that either.

The county in which your baby was born. Unless the hosp is in a village (ie Mineola) then call Village Hall.

We got our from the Village Hall of the city DS was born in.

You go to the town hall or village and it is $10 for a copy. They stamp it so its an offical copy.
