Birth control after baby?? Can you recommend your type??
I have an appointment in 2 weeks to discuss birth control and i want to get ahead of the game, which DH and i definately want! We haven't had sex since 3 weeks before DD was born and she is 4 weeks on Monday! (sorry for the tmi) We are worried we will get PG again too soon. We aren't sure we want anymore children after what happened with DD's birth.
Anyway, what BC are you on and do you like it? I was thinking IUD but an open to anything....

I got the Mirena IUD. I did not want to have to worry about remembering to take a pill everyday.

I was reading about that. The info i read also said if you have had a pelvic infection in the last 3 months, you should get an IUD. Does staph infection in my uterus count??

I went back on BCPs but hated them. After DC#2 is born I think I am probably going to get an IUD because we're probably not going to have another for a few years, if we decide to go for #3.
