Birthday party ?
At what age do all girl/boy birthday parties start? DD will be turning 4. She has 8 boy cousins. The thought of axing them from the guest list is amazing but we’re friendly with a lot of the boy parents from school and feel bad because she goes to their parties (and we just overall like the kids/families).
It would likely be a “girly” type party.

Birthday party ?
There really isn't a particular age. It's just what you decide to do for that particular birthday. You can decide to make it all girls this year and then go to boys and girls next year.
As for your nephews, if you do a family party too, then just invite them to the one party.

Re: Birthday party ?
i dont think there is a set age. I am pretty sure we will never do this for DD. she is friends with lots of boys and I cant see her ever not inviting them. however if she really wanted it at a make over type place we would do it.

Birthday party ?
My daughter has a ton of male friends and cousins, but did an all girls party for her 8th because they did mani/pedis. Nobody was offended.

Re: Birthday party ?
If it's going to be a girly type party (spa party, princess party etc) i just didn't invite the boys.
Her first kid party was in K and she had it at a gymnastics place. She invited boys and girls.
The next year she wanted Saf T Swim- same thing- boys and girls.
After that she wanted a spa party with manicures, glitter make up, robes, glitter tatoos, make your own lotions etc- she invited only girls.
I go more on what kind of party it is.

Re: Birthday party ?
No age... but all the places I looked at had a small max (around 15), so we invited girl classmates and immediate cousins.

Birthday party ?
It started here in kindergarten. In pre i we were on a weekly party circuit it seemed and it stopped come kindergarten. More girls seem to have parties than boys in our area too.
