I have the same thing, I have been wearing my sneakers and switching to flip flops during the day but nothing is helping. My feet were very swollen this weekend.

Me feet are so sore its crazy and i wear heels all the time so i am usually immune to any feet pain but this is ridiculous, sometimes i feel like someone took a hammer to my ankles.

to us ladies who are dealing with this, but I am happy I am not the only one.
I wake up in the middle of the night and the bottoms of my feets are in pain
Sometimes palms too!
