Black Leggings/Tights and Shirts?
I need to get some black leggings or tights and a long sleeved onesie or turtleneck to put under DD's Halloween costume (she is 11 mos). Where can I find them?
I've been to Carters and Target recently and didn't see anything.

I would try a different location - DD has black leggings from both of those stores!

I just got DD black leggings at target yesterday. I also got a black t-shirt to go under her costume but I think they had long sleeve there too.

maybe try a different target. I loooove their leggings. they are slim and fit like real leggings. The childrens place has some leggings too, cheaper/better fit at target though

children's place has lots of black leggings - we also got black tights at the gap.
